Our Minnesota community response to COVID-19 continues to evolve. A SNOM leadership group has developed this toolkit, providing templates and resources to guide your professional school nurse practice in support of your community. As always, work with your district administrative team throughout this process, using these documents and resources for guidance.
Our community needs continue to change and we will respond with updates for you. We will work with you, navigating these changes. If you have additional resources to share, please email them to the group leader for consideration of community sharing.
We will continue our collaborative work with the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) to keep our membership practicing with the most current information.
